    Montana’s Museums: Revolutionary New Beginnings!
    Dates: March 11–13, 2026
Location: Montana Heritage Center, Helena, MT

“Montana’s Museums: Revolutionary New Beginnings” is a multi-day statewide conference that empowers Montana’s museums through inspiring speakers, hands-on workshops, exhibition planning, and concurrent sessions. This conference will equip institutions and individuals with the tools to celebrate, interpret, and share Montana’s rich historical contributions in cross disciplinary and diverse formats. By leveraging the variety and reach of museums across the Treasure State—from small rural sites to major cultural centers—our organization fosters public engagement, professional development and Montana’s unique cultural heritage.
